Spectator accommodation and fan spaces were spread across all levels, with the aim of creating a wide range of offers throughout the stadium. The design focused on unlocking underutilised space within the stadium to create unique match day experiences and establish new revenue opportunities for the club.

Bars, restaurants, hospitality lounges were proposed to offer increased revenue generation on non-match days. Concourse areas that double up social and exercise areas tied to the club’s community engagement programme.

The clubs administrative base, player facilities and a 150-bed hotel, which linked to the lounges to provide conference and banqueting on no-match days, were all included within the design.
